Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

responsibilities include: Assessing and providing individualized
occupational therapy services to students Collaborating with
educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and

accurate documentation and complying with school policies and
regulatory standards Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist
license and qualifications to practice in the state of Arizona
