Radiation Therapist Location: Yuma, AZ Agency: Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 7 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position - Position: Radiation Therapist - Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience - Certifications/Licenses: Must hold ARRT(T) and a current AZ license - Location Requirement: Candidates must live 100 miles from Onvida Health - Primary Duties: - Assist patients on and off treatment table (support role) - Responsible for initiating and stopping the beam/treatment - Operate EMR & PACS systems (EPIC and Aria software) - Use department-specific equipment (Varian) - Supervision: Radiation Therapist Lead on each shift - Physician Coverage: Radiation Physician in-house - IV Starts: Not required - Scheduling: - Full-time, 8-hour day shifts (80 hours per two weeks) - Very infrequent weekend requirements - No holiday, call, or standby requirements - Uniform: Black scrubs - Incentives: - Sign-on bonus: $5,000 (1-year commitment) or $10,000 (2-year commitment) - 3 months of fully furnished housing provided - Relocation assistance: $5,000 (1-year commitment) - Pay Range: $40.82 $61.23 per hour - Note: RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants) are not used in this department.
